It seems I've made a complete mess of my DVD Drive,.. I'm not entirely sure what make it is but my computer refers to it as a "NEC". Anyway,
I made the foolish mistake of using my computer while Full erasing a Verbatim DVD-RW with Nero 6 Ultra. After I did that my DVD drive seemed to think all my Blank Verbatim DVD-RW's were 7.99 TB in size!, so I decided to uninstall Nero 6 in favour of Nero 7 Ultra. Which did nothing, but after a while.. sometime today I'm not sure why, My DVD drive now doesn't even recognize Blank media, however anything with files already on it works fine.
It says this with Blank media " D:\ is not accessible, Incorrect Function ".
I'm using Windows XP Service Pack 1, Home. Also In properties I do not have a " Recording " Tab, so that solution is out of the window.
If you need more information I shall give it, but I do need my drive working again... today :/ I have a lot of things I need to burn.
Thanks
