My daughter brought this disk over, she burned on an NEC 3540 with original firmware, memorex 8x dvd-r, burned at 6x, 8x made coasters.
Scanned on 3 drives before scan would finish.

good burner/old firmware/bad media = coaster

Embarrassing thing was I ordered and installed the burner several months ago
before cynthia and jmet introduced me to modded firmware, and her brother gave her the memorex blanks. I sent her home with new firmware and a
nice stack of TY's this time.
