As suggested check DMA. check media, is it scratched. check if the DVD is ARccOS, if yes, use PSL2 plugin with DVD Decrypter.Comment

I think this is a Lion's Gate film... doubt there's ARccOS but I could be wrong. Check the DVD for scratches, smudges, dirt. Try ripping with DVD Decrypter prior to DVDShrinking.

I had trouble backing this one up too. but after i ran it through DVDD, i used FixVTS and it seemed to do the trick. i tried menushrink but v2.4 just will not work on my computer for some reason. keep gettin a microsoft error forcing the program to shut down.... v2.3 works fine though , now Shrink is Deep Analysing it and hopefully burning! Not a member? I leave both DA and AEC turned off with reauthoring main movie only
and compression (70-100) except for the very best projects.Attached FilesComment

Lord Of War even main movie only is at 56.9% in Shrink.I did the whole dvd after MenuShrink @2X On Verbatim -R.Dvd Shrink sharp (default) 57.4%.Took 2 hours to analyze & encode. At that compression of course it is going to be longer.Plays fine.
DvdD file mode / MenuShrink / FixVts / Dvd Shrink / ImgBurn / Region 1 (no arcoss)Last edited by soup; 19 Jan 2006, 05:33 AM.
