Have been using the -R's lately as well same ID.Oh sorry chewy that is when I am not using Verbatim's for special backups.

My sony MIJ's are saved for only the best backups, Yuden's.
I have only got 28 left! No testing!
I found 50 TYG03's I had hidden and didn't make the specials I posted on Sunday. If I had, I would have spent another 5 days replacing unperfect burns, NO! Burnaholics unanonymous!

I am going to start a rumor that on the Sony blank DVD-5 disks 100 pack on every third disk in the spindle there is hidden ARccOS protection on the blanks. The latest Sony trick.

dvd-r's were MIT

had to buy at least one pack

Why the heck would the +R's be MIJ but the -R's be MIT?? Both Sony.

they have +R's from tawain also, FUJI, Maxell all the same, just look for MIJ.
Verbatims's are the only media I trust from Taiwain.

I agree 16X+ is the only one that came close to TY but still not equal, check Sam's club they have both 16X+ verbatim and TY ( sony 8X+)

I was at Sam's Club in Duluth last Thursday; the 8X Verbatims (MIT) were $29.97 and the 16X (MIT) were $34.95 for 100 discs. On Sunday Best Buy had 50 16X (Unknown country) Verbatims for $14.95 with instant rebates (no mail ins required)
