Every DVD I try to burn now fails

Here are the logs & errors I am getting. I rip the DVD with DVD Shrink. That seems to go fine. I burn with Nero. Here is what the errors say. Any ideas why?

Roxio can also cause a conflict when burning with Nero.

          Disc Manufacturer: CMC MA - G. AM3
Disc Application Code: 64, Disc Physical Code: 193
That something else that Chewy is talking about is CMC Magnetics manufactured blanks, some of the worst media money can buy...stay away from memorex, imation, kyphermedia, etc. Use quality media from Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or Sony, Fuji, Maxell(made in Japan).

Using good media quality is the most important element of backing up. You get what you pay for.

how about slowing the burn speed?

firmware can be updated to JWS6

                    Maybe it's the Media

Just to throw this out there. I've been having trouble burning DVD's about the last month as well. I didn't think it was Media related but now I'm starting to wonder as I see more posts. I am able to burn some movies but not all. I had no troubles up until the last month. I wasn't sure if it was due to the latest NERO version I downloaded in January or what the case may have been. That was the only thing that had changed other then I purchased a new set of blank Memorex DVD-R 8x, 4.7GB, 120min discs. I still haven't figured out if it is for sure the discs or something on my system.

@nmiller67 if you are burning with Nero from Dvd Shrink you might want to uncheck it & burn manually with Nero,Dvd Decrypter or ImgBurn.Up above as LT pointed out wasn't just bad media but burning bad media @16X.
