Burner suddenly only burns one speed

I cant mark the time it started, but for some reason my SONY DRU-800 wont burn at 16x anymore. regardless what speed i set it for, it always takes at least 30 minutes to brun at DVD-R. it used to take 5min at 16x. I dont know what the hell the think. Thanks in advance

what -R media are you using?
and have you changed your media recently?

you need to post a burn log, what program do you use to burn with?
