    newbie with nero problems:(

    hi there,
I wondered if anyone could give me some advice,I've been trying to burn some tv episodes onto dvd-r via nero oem suite using nero 6 with nero expressvision 2,the first problem I encountered is that nero tells me there is not enough space in my temp file for the burn?,I bypassed this by creating a new folder for it to use which seemed to work fine until about 70% of the way through the burn it said I have visual ccc+ errors and the programme has performed an illegal burn runtime operation then closes, locks out my dvd rewriter drive and gives me no error report to read and attempt to understand lol,I've searched the nero pages with no luck for this error and I don't know how to correct this problem,my burner works fine as it has burned cds and dvds previously using super dvd creator 8.0 which is now no longer working correctly,it decodes and then never gets round to the burn process,al these problems started once Nero oem suite was installed...
I have a pentium 4 running windows xp,256MB,40GB hard drive and my burner is an LG super multi dvd rewriter.
Please does anyone know how I can correct this problem?it burns cds without any problems, the errror message only occurs during nero expressvision 2 whilst trying to burn a single or multiple items to a dvd disc, many thanks donna.

I think I would upgrade the computer with more ram, maybe another hard drive and then do a clean install.

Oh I would if I could *prays to the pc gods for another one to fall from the sky*,I'm afraid upgrading isn't really an option at present although I do have an external hard drive 40GB for storage also, not sure if that would help? but thanks though, any other ideas?I've already tried a clean install and I still get the same error message?

What format are the video files in that you are trying to convert?
Have you optimized the computer that allows you to do video work with so little ram?
