Problem burning with Windows XP

I am having trouble with DVD Shrink detecting my DVD burn drive. After I select "backup", a window opens telling me to select backup target. I am assuming this is where I select the burn drive, but the only options are ISO Image File and Hard disc Folder. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

what burning program do you have installed?

shrink needs to be installed after the burn program so it can see it

I have Nero, but I installed Shrink before Nero. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks.

Well, I just reinstalled Shrink and it still will not detect my burn drive. Help again?

did you enable burn with nero?

How do I enable burn? I looked for options under all menu screens for both Nero and Shrink. And does it matter which version of Nero I have? (5.5)

badber, does nero see your burner? under chose recorder?
