Problems burning to DVD +RW

I am currently having problems copying DVD +RW discs CYBERHOME brand discs which have been recorded on by a CYBERHOME standalone DVD recorder. I can record a television movie to the disc which plays just fine on the CYBERHOME RECORDER and on a SONY DVD player VHS combo unit. But when I take the disc and put it in my DELL computer to make a copy and adjust start/stop times and frames it usually kicks the disc out saying that there is a problem reading VOB 01. or some other VOB file. I have tried using Nero RECODE 6.6.0.16 and also DVD SHRINK. I have recorded several movies using this same exact method. I have replaced this disc with a new disc same brand and the same problems prevail. I have been able to copy using the same disc a movie or two and then all of a sudden it has the same problems. this happens with each new disc that I use.
Could anyone help with suggestions.

Well cyberhome are not the best brand of blanks. But first, what is the exact extension of the files on the DVD? Are they VOB, IFO, BUP or are they VRO files?

VOB . I do have other brands of DVD +RW discs. But did not want to make a whole lot of expensive coasters,
