when I open binflash(win 32 gui)
I get this screen

you must have the non gui one

now use dvddecrypter or imgburn to try and burn that iso, I don't trust nero that much(especially that version)

another issue is the sonic/gear drivers

I try DVD Decrypter and it said that can't copy with that DVD.......... any help`???????? WHat else can I do`?

Did you rip the dvd to your hard drive with RipIt4Me & it's guide then create an ISO with Dvd Shrink to burn with ImgBurn & it's guide.

use imgburn to burn the iso that shrink makes, turn off burn with nero in shrink

we need to take nero out of the equation

this is a guessing game
1. wasn't your firmware(too bad) that was the easiest fix and best bet, especially since your old firmware did not list that media

1. wasn't your firmware(too bad) that was the easiest fix and best bet, especially since your old firmware did not list that media
