1 good burn, 1 almost good, 3 bad

decided since a buddy was going to give me used hp ink cartridges I would go back to office max for the new verbs, my store put permanent price up of 16.99 50 pack of the new packaging

they are not bad, burned at 8X, something wrong with trading in 5 cartridges tho for 15$ off a 17$ buy

        FinalBurnerFREE?

Burnt with LH-20A1S 9L08 FB & FinalBurnerFREE @8X. Looked like a promising program but I found nowhere to booktype Dvd+R media to Dvd-Rom & it did not do it automatically for my LiteON drive, if it does it automatically. I am certainly not going to waste a Dvd+R DL, to see if it does it for that media. Sony Dvd+R 8X 50 pack spindle, made in Japan, MID=YUDENT02. Scanned with SH-S162L TS08 @8X. This was an ISO image that was burnt but it also does video ts CDs etc.

Well I reran the LiteON booktype utility & then burnt this disc with LH-20A1S 9L08 FB & FinalBurnerFREE from a video ts file, it first created an ISO (didn't have to do a thing except browse to the file), (sound familiar?) then burnt @8X. Sony Dvd+R 8X, 50 pack spindle, made in Japan, MID=YUDENT02. Scanned with SH-S162L TS08 @8X.

This is the best scan I've had in a while...although I haven't burned much to scan in a while either.

2 verbatim 16x dvd-r, used imgburn to burn both at 16x at same time

lg burn went faster, benq slowed down trying to learn the mid(???)

I think I said that wrong, I meant burning these crap blanks, but then a surprise. This one was doing really great, right up until about the layer break, but it ended up still not bad. FujiFilm Dvd+R DL 4X, made in Taiwan, Ritek-D01-01, burned with LH-20A1S 9L08 FB & ImgBurn @4X, then scanned with SH-S162L TS08 @4X.
