My router has a box for IP address, it only works on one at a time, so I opened ports 1-45000 for IP of 102, which is my computer (on the router).

No, it's automatic, I just set mine to 102.

danny pull up a msdos box and type in
ipconfig /all

No idea, it just ended up being 102 and never changed... so I set my router to forward for "102".
