    Sony D21 16x MIT

no matter what burner I use at 8x these come in consistently at 500-700 PI failures, rarely is one more than 3, mostly 1 and 2. Slowing the burn speed doesn't help lowering the number but increasing it and the number of failures increases.
If you use these forums you will not have to face that...
    Long Live Foamy!!!

My burners Nec ND 3550A, Benq DQ60, Liteon SHW P6S, 2 Sony AW_Q170A's (free with my new system) and JLMS XJ-HD S.

That's not bad, they should play well in almost all players for a long time, it's even better if they are consistent, it means you can trust them. I have seen verbatim's far worse. LT has always sworn by sony media, even the made in Tawiain, I agree. 8-12X would seem optimal with the right burners and setup.
