7 programs to backup dvd's! What is the best?

I rip with DVDFabDecrypter, remove the BS commands with PGCEdit (& the ARccOS plugin if necessary), remove the BS video with VOBBlanker (if necessary), recode with DVDShrink (if necessary), & burn with Nero. On complex DVDs, it can take some time, but it's worth the effort to me so my backups work the way I want.
