Can't backup my DVD's. Please help!!!!

I'm having issues burning DVD's. My setup is a Dell Laptop P4 512mb 20gb running XP with an external burner and hard drive. This is the error message i'm getting on Nero rom.

You are attempting to burn too close to the edge of the disc, reset your target size to 4300 in DVD Shrink/Recode.

Memorex are some low quality media, some have luck while other just make coasters...I would suggest some high quality media from Verabitm (MIJ or MIT) or Maxell (MIJ only).

This is Roxio's demon driver that creates a serious conflict with Nero, I would suggest removing Roxio in it's entirety from your system via this clean tool.
