Do you have to use PgcEdit to burn onto DL's b/c of the layer switch. B/c I can't save my shrunk backup and move it from DVD Shrink to PgcEdit. Will it work burning with DVD decrypter.

IMO, the guides at ImgBurn show how to make an ISO and burn it just fine. They are linked in the stickies of our ImgBurn forum.
