nec 3550-Lease On Life

my 3550 was glitching, not in burns but in recognizing burned disks,
it kept seeing (cdspeed) recorded dvd-r's as dvd-rw's, wouldn't open the disk and see the files. I checked my last burn with it in 2 other drives/computers.
The burn was fine. The computer was long over due for a cleaning tho.
I opened the tray and shutdown windows, using 120 psi air I gave everything a good blowing out(especially the burner).

after booting it back up, here's a scan of the last burn, the drive sees everything fine now.

I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my TY's to see if I can get over the 95 QS hump. Should be here 8/29.
