Nero 7.5.1.1

The option to enter new serial numbers or the mp3pro serial etc on Nero Startsmart does not work.

If I click on it it closes Startsmart temporarily and then restarts startsmart, but without bringing up the window to enter any other serials....

Anybody know what's going on?

**Just for information it's the program "Nero ProductSetup" that doesn't seem to do anything...

I think it said upgrade and not update

did you have nero 6xxxxxx before and upgrade not update to nero 7xx?
