    HUB PRINTABLE +R DL's?

Hi guys, can anyone recommend Ink-jet hub-printable, Dual Layer DVD +R's? I don't think Verbatim makes them. Thanks.

Thanks Chewy, but those are not hub-printable. Hub-printable means that you can print all the way to the center, including the "hub" portion that's usually clear. BTW I would never call a wookie stupid, for fear of loosing limbs!

I think they also make a single layer but that doesn't help me. Maybe another company like TY makes them. I guess I need to know what companies are reliable.

AFAIK, no one makes them. I've only found one source for silver hub SL disks.

I was responding to steve's post, DL's in inkjet hub printable seem non existant, might find some ritek but probably wouldn't want them.

As you know, I've had enough of Ritek DL's.

                    What does silver hub mean?

I don't follow you, either. Your link is to white hub SLs, & I was remarking on the scarcity of silver hub SLs. AFAIK, only ProDisc makes them, and only in -R. Here's one of the few sources for them.

My point was: if TY, Verb, & other major mfrs. aren't even offering this yet, what are the chances they'll offer hub-printable (wh/slv ; +/-) DLs anytime soon?

this doesnt help either, but i know Maxell Plus Series DVD-R's come in hub printable (i know, as i have some) but they are single layer.

if verbatim doesnt make any, i wouldnt look to other brands/manufacturers, because Verbatim makes THE only good DL media. i would settle with the white inkjet printable.
