cannot cpmplete my burn

Hello every1 I am new to all this and I hope that i am in the right forum...I am having problems burning my dvd..i bought the 1click dvd and downloaded the dvd43 and using sony dvd+r and have also tried the samsung dvd+r 8x media to burn my disc but at the end it says to insert blank media and the burn button will show up...but with both of these discs i get nothing..i am sure i am doing something wrong...but what?

wish you had asked us first

i bought the 1click dvd and downloaded the dvd43

download imgburn and stick a blank in your burner and paste the right window
so we can see what the problem is or at least get a good start
