DVD PROCESS FAILED!!!!??? please help

Hi, have been having trouble with DVD shrink and nero. i have tried burning something over 5 times (waste of discs grrrr), and it keeps coming up with this message:

hi, is the problem with the burn process failed thing to do with the software i'm using? i use the latest edition of nero. or is it the fact i use 8x discs? should i buy 16x discs next time instead?
