Burning various dvd clips - need help

I am trying to burn various clips from different dvds. I have used dvd decrypter to put the dvd files on my hard drive. What do I do next? What software do I use to bring the different clips together? Another problem is the default languages on some of these dvds is not english. So is it possible to burn all these clips with english audio selected? if anyone can help me out thanks.

Burning various dvd clips

Does anyone know how to do it? For example, I want to get clips from a couple of asian films on one dvd, but the default language is chinese. I want to burn the clips with english audio. Can it be done?

Try using DVD Shrink.
