Help with Movie CLose Caption

I had downloaded all the software needed to copy my movie that i purchased. I used Ripit4Me,DVD Decrypter,and DVD Shrink.And used all the tutorials,etc.
After I did all the things I thought needed to be done,I burned it from my H.D. to disc copying only the movie,no extras. Really don't care for the other stuff.

Problem #1: When I play it on any of my DVD players it shows ClosedCaptions. If I play it on my p.c. it does not show ClosedCaption.
Using Intervideo or WindowsMedia player.

Problem #2: When I originally ripped it,I sized it down to 3.9GB and when I tried to copy to disc, It said there was not enough Space?
Please ,I am new to all this.HELP

Post your RipIt4Me log please. Did you tick "Enabled" when you selected the default subtitle stream? This would turn it on. Did the movie rip to your hard drive? Not sure why it would report out of space - do you have plenty?
