Trouble with Burning!!

I am having trouble burning Dvds. I am not new to burning, but I recently started having problems burning with new blank Dvds. I use DVD Shrink with nero. The blank Dvds I have are memorex and maxell. I ran out of my phillips, so I bought memorex because I have used them before with no problems. I was able to do the whole ripping and encoding process up to when I put a blank disc in. When I do that, the burner immediately spits it back out, saying that it failed. I will post the log that it gave me. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

your burner and firmware is 2 years old, when you switched media, it wouldn't recognize it any more
