After DVD shrink ....

Tried reading through posts, can't find/understand answers! so excuse if this is too basic but .... used Shrink to copy movie dvd to folder on desktop, (only have one dvd drive for watching or burning) have Record Now and want to burn 'shrunk' movie from desktop folder to dvd. How can this be done please? Do I need to supply more info to make sense?
