Freezing while Transcoding in Nero Vision (Maby unknown audio codeq??)

Im trying to re-encode this video I have to DVD format, but when I attempt to burn it with Nero it freezes up half way through. The video plays fine on my laptop and on my dvd player when just burned as a data dvd in XviD. Also when I try to convert the file with either Tmpgenc or Virtualdub neither recognize the audio format. Im attaching a screenshot of the Avi Infomation. Any help would be awesome.
