Nero error message when burning

Hi fellas I get this error message when I burn a DVD using Nero 7 premium. I choose " Make your own DVD video". At the end when I click "BURN" I get:


"The instruction at "0x00530aa4" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program"

If you are calling up StartSmart, don't. Call up Nero Burning ROM & burn your files through that program. I am not up on 7 but make your own dvd video is exactly what it says from scratch.

In a google search, this error comes up with many different scenerios; Bad memory, memory allocation issues, virus/spyware problems, missing codecs, & more.

I would try soup's suggestion first, although I must say personally, I use Smartstart w/o problems. But if that works for you, great. MSoft & some other searches that I came up with lean towards a memory buffer problem.
