set up your job with nero vision and then write to hard drive, not dvd

if the conversion works good then see the sticky at the top of this forum on burning dvd video with nero

set the burn speed down to 4x first and test with all other programs shut off

conversions are very intensive, are all conversions this way or just one or two?

all the ones i have done are like that n its not till i download them that it gets bad

when i write them to my computer or try n burn the to a disk.... while i just have them downloaded not to a disk or anything i can watch them fine... the downloads are from a share site if that helps u figure out the problem.... they not from a original dvd of mine

it sounds like you have a divx capable dvd player

256MB your last burn to a dvd was a small avi file and 2 of these would have fit on a cd

try burning a data cd and put 2 of these on a blank and burn no faster than 8x(cd speed) and test

it takes weeks, months, years to learn this stuff

Read the stickies here (videohelp has good guides too), so
1) You understand better the processes you want to complete
2) You learn the lingo (you don't "download to DVD")
3) You explain better your issues
4) You understand the advice these guys are giving you

In your logs its shows that you are trying to do too many things at once (and have little memory), you're using crappy media, and burning too fast.
