    Burner not writing on discs

I just burned a movie and the burner didn't write anything on my disc, the message on the computer said operation successfully completed, but the disc was blank - is my burner shot?

Can you post a burn log?
Did you try to check DVD with explorer?

I have had this happen to me recently, too, with movies like Rocky Balboa. It shows everything is successfully completed, but the disc is empty.
