    Dvd-ram?

My new DVD burner supports DVD-RAM. I looked them up on Wikipedia to see what they were, from what I understand, it acts like a 4.35GB hard drive. Is it worth buying any of these?

they are one of the best reliable backup medias

a few people have compatible dvdrecorders and move a lot of stuff back and forth between them and the computer

dvdram is not really designed for dvd video tho

I thought it was going to die, since media was being discontinued a lot of places I went, but seems to be making a comeback?

one of the few places I found it

maybe the problem is the media is too good and never wears out

Yay, I can abuse Google's $10 off at shop4tech, LOL
(they've now suspended two credit cards because I keep making new emails in order to get $11 items for $1. But it works for a short time!)

And BTW, they have them at our local store here, I don't need to buy online, I was just wondering if it was good.

I wasn't thinking of using DVD-RAM for video, but due to constant video projects, I usually burn off older files to DVD, why not just use DVD-RAM since I can delete them when I don't need them instead of throwing away a perfectly good Verbatim.
