My suggestions would be to get a 5 pack of
DVD+RW to reduce the stress from burning
coasters. Also looks like a problem during
Synchronizing Cache. My old burner would hang on
Synchronizing Cache on the newer versions of Imgburn until
I updated the firmware. But it did work with
Imgburn 1.0. You could try downloading Imgburn
1.0 and see if it acts differently.
The other thing is I'd try to get that
AutoInsert shut off. On my system I couldn't get any
discs to finalize on the first attempt until I
disabled all those AutoInsert/AutoPlay settings.
