breaking Region 2

Does anyone know how to break Region 2 coding? I want to be able to burn a copy that will play on a Region 1 DVD player...

I have cheap Nero (OEM), DVD decrypter, and DVD shrink... I tried Decrypter but it doesn't seem work in ISO and I can't seem to be do anything w/ IFO files...
