First thing is to get rid of InCD, with this & then update your Nero here, I think you should only need update #1. When you have done that come back for more.

I am going to give you a few links about this but I would like you to download ImgBurn & here is a link to some guides. I want to see if this is Nero.

Hi! Yesterday, I tried to burn a mini-CDR with my LG HLDTST DVDRAM GSA 4163B (firmware v.1.04) and I've end-up with that error "Focus or tracking"....

another possibility, with adding the extra hard drive and burner?, the power supply is too weak/old?

When I checked, it said the drive the was unmounted, but that was after restarting, so I guess it was mounted when I was burning. I think it could be a power problem because I replaced my regular DVD drive with a burner when it went bad about 3 months ago and I have not tried to burn anything until now. How can I fix the power issue?

Guessing your computer is about 3 years old, probably need a new power supply, might take it in to a shop?
