RipIt4Me crashed last time, says to look #8

Hey guys, have just installed RipIt4Me and it froze/crashed when finishing up last time, now when I want to open it to burn again it comes up with reading #8 on this site (however I have no clue now how to find this). Does anyone have any clue what #8 says or have any input for someone who is very very new at this? Thankyou all...
