DVD RW NEC 7170A, which media?

I remember seeing a webpage somewhere that had the suggested media for all kinds of different drives. Can anyone link me to a site like that, or tell me which media is suggested to work best with my NEC 7170A?
Is there any pros/cons between the +R/-R media?

advantages of dvd+r are bitsetting to dvd-rom
