everything seems to be fairly dust free, I clean the drive with lens cleaner, nothing seem too hot, don't know what voltage rails are but with one burn earlier it gave me an error that was something about power. log is below

got new drive from dell

Dell was here today installing the new drive. I think they put in a phillips. First few single layer burns are good. One of the logs is below. I am now trying a dual layer to see what happens.

call dell back and ask about your firmware, that dual layer was not identidied correctly

Coasters all of a sudden?? I haven't changed a thing though...
