DVD Shrink keeps freezing on Back-up

Hi, ive used DVD shrink before but recently had to scrap everything from my laptop. re-installed DVD shrink, i can analyse it but when i go to back it up it just freezes and wont do anything then eventually shuts down? my dad has it on his and it worked fine so I dont know what's going wrong?!

Be greatful for any help, thanks!
