dvd shrink dont do its job no more !!. pls advice

i have been using DVD shrink for years now but all of a sudden its now gives a pop up error saying " dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. programming error - exception occured " & i have re-started my system 3 times already. Till last night all was fine but not any more.....
