Change Drive Region Problem

i use dvd shrink and at the moment when i try to copy dvd to dvd it comes up with....your drive allows you to change the region 0 times. is there anything i can do to fix it.
also what are some other good burning sites? thanks

This has nothing to do with DVD Shrink (which we can't discuss).

Load your drive with some RPC1 firmware. See Update your firmware in my signature.
