@gonwk, I've never dealt with RIMA. What is your opinion of them? Have you ever had any bad experiences with them? I ask this because they seem have a little better prices over SMS. On the other hand I pretty happy with SMS's customer service and this is something I value.

The ONLY reason I deal with SMS over RIMA was because SMS used to be CHEAPER ... to me Money Talks.
The times that I wanted to buy TY DVDs RIMA prices with S&H would be more than SMS ... only if you buy 4 or 5 packs of 100 then may be they were close.
But now that you say RIMA prices are better I will go back to them.
As far as Service I have ordered TY DVDs and CDs and they deliver them in perfect shipping order.
BTW ... RIMA only carries PREMIUM TY stuff ... no Discount stuff.
But I am good to go for awhile ... I have about 450 DVDs and 300 CDs still left ... so I should be good for another 6 months to ... YES, I am a "Power User".
