Problems burning with Nero 7 ultra please help

I am trying to copy a home movie already been burnt once. Trying to make a copy for someone else.
Using windows xp pro
Using Nero 7 ultra.

It keeps failing does not give me the summery at the end with all the stats. but this is what its say

I go to copy dvd
Create image for burning
Create image completed sucessfully
Burn process started at 16X
Invalid block address
Burn process failed at 16X


What is a block address?
Can someone help?

Hi Melissa,

I am still using Nero 6.6.1.4 OEM ... but if the Nero 7 still looks the same ... why not just make an "Exact" copy of the dvd ...

So you have only 1 drive and so it makes the Image and then Burns that image.

TRY 8X speed.

Just out of curiosity what is your Blank Media Brand ?
