I can"t backup with dvd shrink

hello all........i recently downloaded and installed DVDshrink 3.2.15 and it installed great........i load a DVD, it analysis the DVD, i can see the preview. but when i hit the BACK UP button, the pogram kinda freezes and then closes, i'm guessing it crashed for somereason...........what does this mean, is the copy i have corrupt? if so why when i scan the file it says its intact.

any who, can someone help me with this.????
