DVD Shrink back-up problem

When I try to back-up my files, it compress fine but will only back up to a file of my choosing on the c-drive. I am unable to burn my video files to a DVD? This issue started once I added a new version of DVDFab 5.2.3.2.

I have already tried deleting and reloading DVD Shrink 3.2. I know I must be doing something wrong?

I just read Rule 19....Can you point me in the Right direction...DVD Fab send all users here in the Help Menu??

I'm real sorry mate - we can't even do that.

Seems like Fab is the problem so maybe ask at their forum.
