DVD Shrink stopped working

I've been using DVD Shrink successfully for years but today it stopped working. It seems to think I need a lot more media space than I really do and I get an error message saying to insert media with more space. The media is not the problem, I can burn a one hour movie fine using Windows Media Player or CopyToDvd (to the same DVD) but with DVD Shrink it seems to think I'm trying to burn many more files than I actually am. I reinstalled DVD Shrink and got the same problem. Can anyone offer any advice?
