Having a Problem Burning

Having a problem when I try to burn a DVD. Whether it's from AVI or MPEG or any format w/ NeroVision, or if I compile a DVD using Nero Recode - nothing works. Here is the error log from my Nero Recode, thank you guys so much for any help you can give me with this, and thanks for reading, etc..
