Hello everyone newbie with a question. Firstly my intro I am from Missouri and in the Air National Guard work on the B-2 I am married adn have Grandkids. Here is my ?? I am trying to burn a DVD image file but for some reason the CD drive is not show up here is the screenshot I took after trying to start the burn. I checked and the drive was showing working correctly.

Hi Arlo. Welcome. If I'm not mistaken that's a LG drive. I can tell by the 1st letters. Have you tried seeing if your firmware for the burner is up to date? If you haven't already download ImgBurn. It's free and a great burning application. It'll tell you exactly what drive you have, and your firmware. It also has a option to check for firmware updates which most likely will lead you to HQ Firmware which also is run by Lightning UK, author of ImgBurn.
www.ImgBurn.com You can also check if there are any filters that need be deleted. Any ?'s you can post here as always, or also go to ImgBurn's forum. Either place you'll be taken care of.
