Nero 9 nightmare

Hello

I've been using Nero9 for ages to burn movies. I download the movie and then burn this file to a DVD......no problems

Until all of a sudden. Once I get to the screen to import the file......After attempting the import, I get the message "Unable to insert..........avi"

Never had any problems for years. Geek Squad was here and updated all video, sound and printer drivers, updated Nero, updated .Net Framework, ensured all Windows updates were completed...and so forth and so on. Nero still doesn't work.....anyone have any ideas as to what to do....which hasn't already been done.

It still feels like a codec problem. I would try K-Lite Codec Pack (Full), as the installer for it is pretty good and it will remove outdated/conflicting/broken codecs for you.

Thanks admin.....installed the K-Lite but problem still exists.
