NO Power on Sony DDU1621 DVD-ROM after flashing firmware ! HELP pls ?

Hi guys...I tried to flash my Sony DVD-ROM DDU1621 to make it Region FREE !
But after I finished flashing the DVD-ROM using the latest firmware S1.6 by Etna ...it ask me to reboot the PC...

I accidentally turn my PC off first(power button) then turn it on again...at this time onwards the DVD-ROM seems no power at all...even I pressed the eject button...

How can this happen ?

Any idea how to fix it ?

Basically, the answer is simply to try flashing it again — but when you see the first message saying "Please reboot" don't do that but wait til you see it the second time.
