Help to set firmware on TOSHIBA SD-R2102 1A16

I need any help to set the region free, I have a Laptop Compaq SR2805 with a combo on multibay using the XP system, for this reason I cannot put the firmware because I cannot use at the same time the floppy disk and the combo. So, I'm not an exepert and I need your help. On the patch it is asked to put it on a floppy disk and reboot the computer.
