dvdrom problem

i have a problem.. i bought lg16x dvdrom drive 2 days ago.. when i watch movie after 1 hour movie stops and i got an error message.it says please insert disk into drive and press enter to continue or esc to exit (blue screen error). i need to takeout and insert cd again. or just reseting computer (without taking out cd) solves my problem.. what could be? how can it be a hardware problem. when i reset computer it start to see dvd disk again.

If you just bought it two days ago, return it and get a replacement...
